Artist's Comments

The Royal Dutch Colonial Thunder-mug is a more ornate version of the standard T-mug which was a common vessel in ALL colonial homes, not just Dutch.

This pot, representing a primitive version of indoor plumbing, is another example of segmented turning. Made from wenge, poplar, walnut, canarywood, & maple

My thanks go out to you for your flattering comments on my Royal Mug, Woodland Wonder and Hopi Pot.

Also I'm overwhelmed at your choosing 18 of my turnings in one fell swoop, as favorites or for collection sculpture and furniture. You realize I am now levitating and don't know when I'll get back down to earth.
